I must say that I have been very pleased with your web site, customer service on the phone, the sample service you provide, and your prompt attention
on deliveries. I am truly amazed how fast you turn a customer order around. Thank you!!.
But, (there is always something) if I would change anything, I would change, alter the installation web page. If I recall when I went to access it,
the how to install line looped me back to the site map. Not Good. Now I know this is probably a glitch, but something that should be looked at.

"Thank you. I received the blind and my husband installed it. We were quite pleased with the simplicity of the
style of this blind, and that fact it is a privacy blind as well. I am still learning how to operate it, but feel confident it time I will master
it. As for any suggestions of changes, I am not sure there would be any. The product seems to be of good quality, and was easy enough to install.
The price was fair, and we really like the color. I offer no suggestions at this time.
