"I was a little leery of ordering mini blinds off the Internet. But, I was persuaded by the low prices and the home delivery. I have to say that my experience was very good. The blind arrived, just as I had ordered in less time than predicted. One little problem was that the shipper must have dropped the carton the blind was in and cracked the plastic bottom corner piece. As first I was very distressed and thought I would have to return the blind. I called your customer service number and was very pleased to learn that they would order a replacement part and send that to me. The replacement part was sent in less than a week! The new blind looks great in my bedroom.

"I have enjoyed the blind we ordered. It was actually a test blind to see the quality of your product before ordering all the blinds we need. We have a new house with 52 windows! All but 6 will have blinds on them. By the end of this week I will be putting in our second order.

As far as changing anything, The bottom blind bows slightly in the shape of a smile. It’s only noticeable in the down position. I thought maybe it needed to relax for a couple of weeks.

I have mentioned your site to two friends who are currently moving into new homes.

When I originally ordered the blinds, on a Wednesday I believe, the ship date was the following Monday or Tuesday. When I didn’t receive them, I called and left a message. A very polite woman called me promptly and explained the order and informed me when they’d ship. Once they did I received a conformation email.
