"It was a pleasure to deal with your company. I was really worried that ordering blinds over the phone, site
unseen, with "My Measurements" would be a disaster - but I chanced it. I forget the woman's name that took my order, but she was extremely helpful
with the measurements and color selection (all those different shades of white is really confusing!). The order was taken in a timely fashion and
much to my surprise, the order arrived on the day that was promised - AMAZING!
Good Customer Service is extremely important to me as I work in the Hospitality Industry and frankly, I like it. Today, this is very difficult to
