I don't think I would change a thing.
 
I spoke with a rep when I made my recent order so I could match to my previous order, some months ago, that rep was very professional, was able to find my previous order (I didn't have any information just phone and address)...him being able to do that with little info was wonderful, you don't see that kind of service often anymore...
 
Being a Internet based business you have brought great personal customer service to a level other Internet based companies should look to progress to.
 
Your pricing is very competitive, to any one local to me. (And your service is better than local business's-- you have more choices, where as some one local would have to order what I needed, would be more expensive, and would take several weeks to deliver).
 
The order was shipped very promptly.

"Imagine my surprise when my husband told me that our order which included a set of mini-blinds and three pleated shades arrived while I was visiting a friend in England - several days before we were expecting them!

We got them all hung and installed this past weekend, and I just had to write and thank you for your quality customer service, professionalism, and excellent products!  The blinds and shades were installed and fit perfectly!

"Since my order, I have been touting the Blinds.ca website. I had three primary needs (1) Quality, (2) Price, and (3) Speed.

(1) Quality: I have had enough frustrations with low quality blinds to know not to skimp. As a result when placing my recent Blinds.ca order, I ordered primarily Hunter Douglas blinds, a name of quality. I also needed some black-out blinds for my child's room, and found your product quite a bit cheaper. My thought was that since these were only temporary (a few years at max) and probably wouldn't be operated frequently, it was all right to order what I perceived as a lower quality blind. I have to admit, I've been shocked with the quality of the Blinds.ca brand blinds. So much so, that I am regretting purchasing the Hunter Douglas blinds, and wish that I would have only ordered the Blinds.ca product

(2) Price: Prior to ordering my blinds, I compared your prices on with several local vendors including Lowe's. I found them to be significantly less expensive (I'd guess anywhere from 25-30%).

(3) Speed: Unfortunately, I neglected to order the blinds in early January when I had planned. I recently finished off my basement, and put a 100 inch projection television in the basement. The daylight that my windows allowed made it very difficult to view the picture. We were having a super bowl party, and I wanted to make sure everyone could see the game. Had I ordered the blinds in early January, it wouldn't have been a problem to install them prior to the game. But I neglected to order them that early. Instead, I ordered them about a week and a half before the game. While placing my order, I was disappointed to see that they probably wouldn't arrive until after the game. Imagine my shock and suprise to see them arrive the Thursday before the game!!! I was able to get them up that evening, in plenty of time before the game.

You'll notice that one area I left off entirely was service. I've found that working with online vendors, service is generally lacking, if existant at all. I must admit, the Blinds.ca experience was the best online experience I've ever had. From your easy to use ordering system to frequent emails indicating the current status of shipments, to this very email as a follow up, you've shown that you insist on great customer service.

As a result, I will gladly forward on your coupon to all of my friends and family, with my highest recommendations for Blinds.ca.
