I wouldn't have changed anything. Of course in this microwave era, 10 days seems like an eternity. But of course it wasn't-- everything arrived perfectly and we are truly enjoying the purchase. Actually, my husband did decide to order the faux wood verticals after we received the first order, and they are great as well. Thanks for asking.

The packaging was exceptional to ensure the blinds arrived undamaged.
Your company was the only one offering 189" long verticals (appreciated).
One suggestion- there were no instructions in the verticals.
I had installed verticals before so I proceeded from memory and it worked out fine.

Hi--

Service was very good. Product is superior also (HD Vertical). The ONLY thing I would change is DUMP UPS and Use Fed Ex Ground.. UPS broke my valance and it took a week to get a replacement....pretty fast service, kudos to L.J. for taking care of the problem....she is the best!
