Care
Like any furnishings, fauxwood blinds should be dusted regularly to keep them looking new. Use a soft, clean cloth, chemically-treated dust cloth, or dusting mitt. Lower the blind so it is full length, tilt the slats almost all the way down and dust. Then tilt the slats almost all the way up and dust. (Not fully closing the slats in either position allows dusting where the slats overlap). Blinds may also be cleaned by vacuuming them with the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner, using the procedure just described. Fauxwood blinds can also be cleaned by wiping them with a soft, damp rag and mild detergent such as dish soap. Tilt slats as above and clean. Wipe off excess water with sponge. CAUTION: DO NOT rinse off or towel dry blind. Rinsing the blind with water or towel dry can disrupt the anti-static treatment placed on the slat. Disrupting this anti-static treatment will cause the blind slats to become soiled quicker. DO NOT bathtub clean for the above reasons.
Warranty
Blinds.com extends this lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty applies only to manually operated blinds properly installed in the window, door, or interior area for which it was intended. Installation of the blind must be in accordance with Blinds.com accompanying instructions. The blind cannot be modified. It is the purchaser's responsibility to maintain and clean the blind in compliance with the instructions provided. Damage to the product resulting from misuse, abuse, warpage due excessive humidity, or discoloration due to sunlight or the passage of time is not covered by this warranty. This warranty takes the place of all other stated warranties, whether written or oral. In no event shall Blinds.com be liable for incidental or consequential damages that may result from any defect in product or breach of this warranty. Blinds.com reserves the right to inspect any part or component prior to replacements. In order for repair or replacement to be made, a Bill of Sale, canceled check or other payment record verifying the original purchase date must be presented to Blinds.com. The exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may vary according to state of purchase, therefore the above limitations or exclusions may not be applicable to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and may also include other rights which may vary from state to state.

Care
The Blinds.com Mystique can be removed as easily as it was installed and hand washed with a mild detergent in warm water. You may also have the drapery professionally dry cleaned . When reinstalling the sheers, plastic sheeting and towels should be placed on the floor under the vanes to absorb any moisture that may fall off the sheers.
Warranty
Blinds.com warrants that the Mystique product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the Blinds.com Mystique installation instructions. The limited lifetime warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original window for which it was intended. The warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to follow printed instructions on installation, cleaning and care, or repairs. This warranty does not apply to conditions resulting normal wear and tear.
Care
Blinds.com cellular shades are easy to keep looking fresh and new for years. Regular dusting with a feather duster is recommended. When necessary, fabric can be lightly vacuumed with a brush attachment. If the cellular shades become soiled with topical dirt (i.e., dirt that is resting on the surface of the fabric), we recommend that the shade be spot cleaned using a soft rag or sponge, a mild detergent and warm water. Extra care should be used when cleaning fabrics as the fabric could be permanently crushed. When it is necessary to clean the entire shade, the shade should be removed from the window and immersed in a tub filled with warm water and a mild detergent. (Do not attempt this if your shade features the optional EasyUp Lift System, AutoVue, other specialty features, or Penumbra fabric.) Gently wash with a soft rag or sponge. Rinse the shade with clean water. Close the shade and tilt to allow excess water to drain. Reinstall the shade, lower it and allow it to dry. Due to the differences in ultrasonic cleaning operators, we cannot recommend this method of cleaning. Do not use strong detergents or spot removers.
Warranty
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse or misuse or improper installation. All materials can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for entended periods in direct sunlight, plastics and pvc tend to crack and discolor. All cords will eventually wear out. Timber Blind Manufacturing considers these things normal wear and tear not covered by this warranty. Colors and textures vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match samples swatches or previous purchases. Products ordered outside of the recommended manufacturing specifications (oversized blinds) are not covered by this warranty. All products/sku's discontinued in the normal course of business are specifically excluded from warranty.
This warranty coverage will be for as long as you the original buyer at retail own our products. Any implied warranties which you may have are in duration to the time during which you, as the original buyer at retail own our products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts.
Warranty
Cape Cod window fashion products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product, PROVIDED THAT (i) such products were properly installed in residential dwellings; and (ii) such products were made or assembled exclusively from Blinds.com materials and components.
The obligation of Blinds.com is limited to repair or replacement of the window fashion product or components found to be defective and excludes shipping charges and costs of removal and reinstallation. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts.
This warranty does not cover any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to the elements, excessive humidity, fading or discoloration over time, or failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance. This warranty also does not cover any condition or damage resulting from removal of the product or reinstallation in the same or another window or application.
This warranty does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the product.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES OR WARRANTIES. In no event shall Hunter Douglas or its licensed fabricators/distributors be liable or responsible for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
