For the period of five years from the date of purchase, Blinds.ca will repair or replace any Blinds.ca Natural Wood Blind which is defective in materials or workmanship. Blinds.ca Natural Wood Blinds are a natural product. Slight warpage and variation in color and grain are normal and not considered defects.
For claims covered by the guarantee, Blinds.ca will replace or repair any product found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials and excludes shipping charges, trip charges and labor costs for measuring and installation.
This guarantee does not apply to any Blinds.ca Natural Wood Blind or parts thereof which fail due to accident, alterations, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, nor color fading due to sunlight, direct exposure to salt air, failure to follow instructions for measuring, installing or operating the product. Any defect, malfunction or other failure of the product to conform to this limited guarantee will be remedied by Blinds.ca solely in the manner provided in this guarantee.

Care
Arguably the most durable window treatment available today. A thin layer of acrylic coating encapsulates the narrow woven polyester fabric. Our technology creates a soft material that wears like iron. Each pocket contains a stiffening rod that is incredibly resilient.
Tri-guard, an anti-static, staining and mildew protectant, resists dust and dirt accumulation. Occasional dusting with a feather duster should be all the maintenance required. If deeper cleaning is needed, the shade can be lightly vacuumed with a brush attachment or cleaned with a damp cleaning cloth. Each individual slat can be immersed in a warm water and mild detergent solution if needed. A rinse with clean water should follow.
Professional ultrasonic cleaning is generally an effective and safe method for a more thorough cleaning of Melbourne Window Shadings. However, the cleaning process should only use mild cleansing solutions.

The soft delicate feel of Florentine Window Shadings belies the durability of the material. Florentine is made from sturdy, knitted polyester fabric and may be feather dusted or vacuumed at a low suction setting. Spots or stains can be lightly rubbed clean with a damp sponge and mild soap. To avoid discoloration of the material, we recommend against the use of chemical cleaners. Florentine may be cleaned ultrasonically.
