Actually I couldn't be more impressed with the service and product I received from your company. I do have more windows to order for which I will definately go through Blinds.com. The one thing I would like to see different on the Mark I blinds is to have the blinds snap onto the mounting brackets with less required force. On two of my blinds, I was unable to snap them onto the brackets with human force and had to use a rubber mallet to do the job.
