1. Why do I need this?

1. You don't! Very few of our customers have problems with measuring, they use our videos and online guides; it's easy. But we've heard from people who want extra peace of mind in knowing that if they mis-measure, they can get a new blind for free.

2. What's covered by Surefit™?

1. Pretty much everything! If you made an error, give us a call and we'll send out a new blind (max one remake per item). Return shipping of your old blind is FREE.

3. What's NOT covered?

1. If the new blind requires a shipping fee (generally, this applies when it's over 94" wide), we will ask you to pay it. Also, if the size or options on your new blind are more or less expensive than those of the old one, you will be charged for the difference in cost.

4. Since I'm getting a new blind anyway, can I change the type of product?

1. The new blind needs to be the same product and color as the old one was.
